This resource is designed to help pastors in the Midwest region develop a better understanding about what we are looking for in a potential church planter. There are the twelve characteristics in our assessment process. In the same way that we use this resource as an assessment tool before releasing a church planter, this resource can be applied to the pre-assessing of potential planters in your church. Use this tool to help identify strengths, weaknesses and other areas where you want to help the potential planter grow. We hope you find this useful and are able to apply it to many!
