Not a month goes by that we don't receive an email or phone call from another desperate person pleading with us to send a Vineyard church planting team to their community. We believe that it is God's desire to respond to those calls, and we want to plant many more churches throughout the Midwest Region. But we can't possibly do it alone. The Vineyard Midwest Church Planting Team is committed to helping you develop, through specialized training and equipping, to become the leader God created you to be. We have developed a series of three Church Planting Boot Camps, one held every six months, which focus on the essentials of successful church planting. If you think God might be calling you in this direction, these Boot Camps are for you. Each of the three Boot Camps is designed to address one of the big issues you will face in planting a new church, but you can attend them in any order you want. The most important part is your involvement. You won't grow and develop until you get involved. We've structured our time together around three main elements: relationship, teaching, and ministry time. Relationship. We want to take the time necessary to get to know one another so most of our meals are planned on site. Take the opportunity to get to know some new people. Share your story and listen to someone else. You could build relationships that will last a long ways into the future. Teaching. You'll have the chance to hear from some pretty experienced men and women, folks who have planted a church or two and have experienced a lot in the process. We keep our teaching short and to the point and leave lots of time for Q & A. Ministry time. We will make lots of time for prayer ministry, listening to the Holy Spirit, and impartation of the gifts God has given to us. This time of God speaking directly into our lives is the thing most of us remember from these meetings. So come prepared to hear God's voice about your specific situation.
