Through the Vineyard, we have an exceptional amount of training that is available to you. Maybe you're looking to polish up on some theology, looking to become a more well-rounded leader, or you're hoping to become a Church Planter, we've got the resources to connect you with!

• Attend a Church Planting Boot Camp
  In the Midwest Region, we host a Church Planting Boot Camp just about once every 6 months. These Boot Camps are designed in such a way that you can determine your call for Church Planting, build tons of relationship with wise Church Planters who've been around a block a few times, receive a lot of ministry from the Holy Spirit, as well as making connections and collecting lots of important resources. You seriously don't want to miss these when they come around!

• Vineyard Leadership Intitute
  VLI is an intense 2 year program in Biblical Leadership that will help train and equip you to become a leader in the Vinyeard. You will spend lots time doing practical Kingdom work, leading projects, doing lots of great reading, becoming mentored by your senior pastor, serving in your local church, and attending weekly classes and intensives. VLI is highly recommended for anyone thinking of Church Planting.
  
  
• Vineyard Bible Institute
  VBI is a program that aims to provide training for lay leaders who are interested in digging deeper into the Bible, without doing the leadership portion.
  
  
• Internships
  Want to find out what real life ministry is like? There nothing quite like trusting God by raising support and doing an Internship somewhere with pastors and mentors who can show you the ropes!
  
  
• Coaching Training
  In order to continue monitoring and nurturing Vineyard churches to be healthy and reproducing, we need men and women to help in the coaching process. If you have a heart to mentor other Church Planters, you might want to consider becoming a Coach for the Midwest Region.
  
  
• Assessment Training
  The Assessment process is a very important one in the life of a Church Planter. As we are trying to plant more and more churches every year, we obviously have a need to do more Assessments as well. That being said, we'd like to expand our realm of Assessors and train more people to join the team.
